Executive Sales Assistant
Evergreen Office Spaces is looking for an Executive Sales Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has sales and leadership career aspirations, and wants to partner closely with and assist Evergreen’s CEO to work with clients, manage major projects, and manage the CEOs schedule and email.
We are a one-stop office services company specializing in used, refurbished, and custom office solutions at a fraction of the price of new. With approximately 98% of materials being diverted from the landfill, Evergreen Office Spaces is the only office furniture company in the Lower Mainland close to achieving zero waste.

This role will require a lot of driving from site to site, and the successful candidate will need a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
What You’ll Do:
Managing CEO’s schedule
Managing CEO’s email, ensuring pertinent information makes its way to him
Driving from site-to-site
Assisting and sometimes independently performing:
-Scheduling management with Operations team
-Managing Inbound sales via email or phone
-Communicating and partnering with with Corporate Sales Clients
-Assisting CEO in managing the details and moving parts of large office moves
-Attending client meetings and walkthroughs at beginning of projects to ensure full understanding of scope of work
-Procuring used office furniture from clientsEnsuring customer feedback is collected and communicated
-Assisting with invoicing
Proficient in online tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Aspiration to work in sales & committed to their own career development
Effective problem solver, able to operate well independently and with a team
Enthusiastic and excited about new and fast moving projects
Some education in business an asset
Some experience in sales an asset
What We Offer
Hourly rate between $23-$26, commensurate with experience
Health Care Spending Account, fully paid for by the company - $1500.00 per year for extended health benefits
